Note : As Khandsari is manufactured with traditional process without any adiition of colours, bleaching agent or raw sugar so its colour appearance and hardness is totally natural (You may find some time jaggery soft). Don’t Cut into pieces or make powder. Store in cool and dry place with less humidity or in airtight container
