Refund policy

At Kalyatatva, we strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and purity. Please note that we follow a no return policy once an order has been delivered. However, an order may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if a wrong product has been delivered, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. In cases where an item from your order is missing, we will promptly ship the missing product at no extra cost. If the product is unavailable, we will refund the amount for that item. To process this, we request you to notify us within 24 hours of delivery with details and supporting photos of the issue.

Once we verify the concern, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or initiate a refund to your original payment method, as per your preference. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

At Kalyatatva, we ensure that every product is carefully packed and delivered with care. As our products are natural and perishable, we follow a strict no-return policy.
